Overview/Fluctuations ~ June 2026 Market Data:     

 New Listings eased slightly at 3,164 but are up 2.2% from June 2025. Pending Sales remained strong with 2,437 offers, up from May and representing solid buyer activity. Most notably, Closed Sales reached 2,263—a robust 10.2% increase from May—indicating strong market momentum Across the Portland Metro, prices remain relatively stable with some neighborhoods showing modest appreciation while select areas continue their trend of price stabilization.
